I have "Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful" on a door in my bathroom. Something so simple makes me smile and I think it's a great message for my step-daughters.

Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury
    Signifying nothing. — Macbeth

This is a great feed, I know this is a weight loss site but I think it is important to show our likes and dislikes so we can better help each other, because you can't help someone without knowing some history and who the person is and what makes them tick :) Yeah I just went all deep but that's just me :)

I have a few. The one I keep on the lock screen of my phone is: I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday.
The one I keep on the wall by the treadmill is: If you feel like giving up, remember why you started. and If you are tired of starting over, don't stop trying.

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. ~ Hebrews 12:11

That has always stuck with me when it came to my weight loss journey. It's tough but I will reap the rewards in the end.
