    None. Tuesday is $1 scoop day for a kids scoop (2.5 ounce) at Baskin Robbins. My daughter and I walk a mile to get it, sit and enjoy it and walk the mile home. We have to work for it if we want it :bigsmile:

    Blue Bell Homeade Vanilla. I was 600 calories under my goal last night and already feeling full. I wouldn't have made it without Blue Bell. Thank you based Blue Bell gods for the gains you are bestowing upon me.

    I was surprised when I first started healthy grocery shopping that you can eat more ice cream then you can cookies and/or candy bars for the same calories.

    I eat ONE of these each day: Healthy Choice Fudge Bars - 80 calories, 1.5 g fat, 4 g sugar. They are individually wrapped, so I can't scoop too much out of a tub. And they actually taste good too.

    Not really ice cream, but I have Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches Vanilla Ice Cream. 150 Calories for 1 sandwich. They're so good!
