WEEK 1 - MY CHALLENGE

Hello!

This isn't a group or anything, I just wanted to post my challenge. I think if we create challenges each week, it will keep weight loss, fun and interesting.

My challenge for this week is to loss 5lbs. I know it goes against health reasons, ect. But I am going to do this safely, and since I am still eating a lot of fat, not drinking water or exercising properly, I thought that I should be able to lose it. And it is from my doctors recommendations to get a healthier BMI.

SW - 173lbs
CW - 170.2lbs
GW - 141lbs

My Timetable:

Morning: Yoga
Midday: Dog Walking
Afternoon: 10 Minute Arm Workout, Visit Shops, Some Cleaning
Evening: A TV Workout or Wii Fit

Only drink: Water!

My Goal: Lose 5lbs by Next Saturday!

Lets see if I can do it!!!

    Awesome! Drinking water is the best thing you could do for your body. I have a BPA Free water bottle that I fill up and as soon as I drink it all, I just keep refilling it! The only other drink I have on a daily basis is my one cup of coffee in the morning! You can do it, and I am excited to see your results! Don't be discouraged if you don't lose the 5 pounds though because remember muscle weighs more than fat!
