    You can add me too...I was a sweets addict, but not really so much now that my diet is healthy and more balanced. One thing I do is eat protein bars for snacks especially after my workouts. They are usually all the sweet I need. If you like Snickers candy bars, try their Marathon Protein bar Caramel nut rush. It is awesome!!! I also like going for frozen yogurt.
