Has anyone lost their first five pounds, but then gain it back along with a few extra pounds? Maybe it's water weight though because the amount of water I drink goes up and down.

Hi, Yes it can happen
I notice that it is easy to be less careful with food intake
after some success.
eg Think "it's about the same quantity / type"
but it's not.
Also keeping up exercise.
