So I am back again and this time I am motivated! I'm on a new profile as I forgot my log in details for the last one and I deleted the e-mail account I used, ooopsy.

Current Weight: 16st 1 (225lbs)
Goal Weight: 11st (157lbs)
Age: 21
Motivation: Holiday to Mexico next September!

Maybe you should cut your goals down by a few pounds and take your weight loss in to sections such as your first goal could be --I want to get down to 155 and I am starting out at a goal of 180 and when I reach that I will go for 155--doesn't seem like I have such a long way to go. just a suggestion.0
