Went out last night. New jeans, new shirt. I was feelin' good!! I got so many compliments. It's amazing how your confidence skyrockets after a lifestyle change!!!

    It's amazing how 1 year of focus, dedication, and hard work can fix so many years of mistakes isn't it? I'm down about 50lbs in a year, what took me several years to put on. Changing your lifestyle really does change your life in so many good ways.

    Congrats to you and everybody else who is experiencing the same.

    ugh i know i should have kept some and taken pictures wearing them! however, i've pretty much completely cleaned out my closet so it's pretty bare :(
