Need really strong pop-up blocker

I use IE, Win7, PC. Need a kick-*kitten* pop-up blocker. The standard Windows one is crap, and the one that comes with anti-virus doesn't really work well either.

Any suggestions?

Free is good, but if it's awesome, I'll pay as long as I can free-trial it.

    Adblock Plus is what I use. I'm pretty sure it's available on IE.

    I use Firefox as my browser (it's free) & then use free add-ons: Adblock Edge 2.0.5, Adblock Plus 2.3.2, Adblock Plus Pop Up addon 0.9.1, and Element Hiding Helper for Adblock Plus 1.2.3. I never see any ads or pop ups at all.
