YES!!! Interval training is awesome, and much more fun and engaging than steady-state.0

Intervals hurt a lot more, so makes sense they would blast fat more :-)
Sometimes it's nice to zone out to steady state (if you have the time)
But bang for buck (or weight loss for time spent) intervals are definitely where it's at0
