ok so I know there is no magic pill or drink for sure. but I just started plexus which has this stuff in it. also using a calorie defecit to lose. I lost 8 lbs and 3 inches in 9 days. its not anything magic for sure it just curbs my appetite so that I can stick to my diet. if that's what u mean when u ask does it work then yes it can work.... but u still gotta sacrifice calories to lose weight. that's just my opinion.

From what I've read, which is not extensive, it has been successful in some clinical trials as an appetite suppresant when combined with other plant extracts. But it is nothing magical. There are a number of appetite suppresants available. The problem is that most people who overeat do not do so because they are hungry.

If diet pills worked who would choose to remain fat?

In the event that there was a magic pill, which there isn't, it would not be available over the counter. The pharmaceutical companies would be all over that.

    Ain't that the truth!

If pills worked, no one would be overweight. Eat at a small caloric deficit, it's free.

If you want to try them, go ahead. But don't spend $200. That's crazy. Do some research online and I'm sure you can find them for cheaper, just make sure they are a quality supplement. I have tried them, but they didn't work for me. I have tried lots of things once, some worked and some didn't. Some worked when I was younger, but don't now. I don't think you are planning to eat like a pig and take the pills, expecting an overnight cure. I think it's a combination of things together that help us to lose weight, and everyone is different. What works for one, may not work for someone else. When people ask how I've lost the weight that I have so far, I tell them it's not just one thing. It has been a combination of a few different things. It's all trial and error, but what's important is that you get where you want to be and learn things along the way.

Susan111222 I know diet pills etc generally don't work there's heaps of news abt the garcinia Cambogia extract anyone tried it ? Or ave opinions on it ?

If you know they generally don't work then why are you asking if anyone has tried it.

Do the work. It's not rocket science. No pill can save you. Not trying to be mean, just honest.

I see some people have posted they've lost a FEW lbs with them...

I've lost 44 lbs and not one diet pill was taken. EVER. I even eat 1688 calories a day, still losing.

Diet pills are good at one thing, possibly damaging your body.

    Heres the magic pill.

Find your TDEE. Eat less than that.

    Rx Repeat Daily

Tip: You can accelerate your loss by increasing the % you intake below your TDEE, exercise H.A.M, tweak your macros that work for you. :flowerforyou:

I need to go hunting for the article again (I can't remember if it was on Reddit or facebook) but I read that the company that sells them has been stealing blogger weight-loss photos and claiming the loss was due to their pills. They liiiiiieeee.

This. Every 'diet pill' comes with a healthy eating plan. You can eat healthily for free and have the same results. Scam.

6 to 7 of that would be water you was holding.

As for fat burners I've said it before unless its. T3 (Can put you in thyroid shock, medication for life) DNP (Cooks you from the inside, Poisonous and highly dangerous) it's not gonna work.
