HOT CHEETOS...MMMM
Replaced with 94% fat free popcorn with tabasco sauce sprinkled on!0 -
BBQ ribs!0

Pizza definitely. I have to limit myself to one slice at a time...two if I exersize.0

I've only been able to find it once....but I believe it's Iron Chef that makes a General Tso's Sauce....
I bought it, baked some chicken breasts, used Steamfresh bag of veggies that had broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas and water chestnuts and made some rice and had a healthier Chinese meal. I'm sure the sodium content was off the charts, but making it with skinless chicken breast is way better than the breaded chicken at the buffet...not to mention you don't make so many trips to fill your plate either0 -
bread and beef.
I still eat these things, really, I do. I had peanut butter and jelly for breakfast, so bread is totally in my life. But I mean BREAD. I mean, a buttery roll. I mean, I went to Cracker Barrell with a friend recently (and got a salad, though I desperately wanted fried chicken) and could not help eating a biscuit. I try to watch my carbs, just because with all the granola snacks and fruit I eat, they tend to get high before I've even had bread. But mmm..... bread.
And beef. Oh, beef, I love you so. I'm sorry we fought all those years. I used to not be a huge steak lover. But I really really enjoy them now. This also crosses over into burgers. And I don't mean cheap drive-through garbage, I mean the great big juicy burgers that Brewbachers (in my neck of the woods) sells. OMG.
I always figured chocolate would be number 1 on a list like this. But I think thanks to the glorious Skinny Cow brand and my chocolate vitatops, I've actually got that sweet tooth taken care of.... But if I could eat a big juicy cheeseburger on something like garlic bread (that sounds like something on thisiswhyyourefat.com)..... I totally would.0 -
Pizza! But a good "pizza grilled cheese" gets rid of the craving. I use two slices of light bread, one slice of mozzarella cheese, 4 slices of pepperoni and a few chopped olives. Cook it in just enough cooking spray to make it crispy and dip in pizza sauce. A little heavy on the sodium, but low cal and low fat and so yummy!
I am Soooo trying this.0 -

Target carries the Iron Chef sauces (might only be in the SuperTargets) and I'm pretty sure I saw General Tso's sauce.0 -
Can't talk about it yet i just started my journey but I am southern and live next store to my grandmother WHO CAN COOK ANYTHING so nuff said this will be hard0
-
Ha ha. It's hard being southern and dieting. I started in January, when people were still making gumbo. Ooooooh.... Are we sure flour burned in oil cooked with sausage and served over rice is bad? :frown:0

Parmesan Truffle Fries! YUM Other than that ANYTHING sweet. My days used to consist of Mike and Ikes, snickers, Tasty cakes, Ice cream. tootsie rolls, and maybe a chicken wing for dinner, followed by a Twix bar and some jelly beans. Talk about a sugar addiction! I've cut way down, and keep a bag of Russel Stover's Sugar free Toffee Squares and Werther's Sugar Free Coffee Caramels nearby0

Wine, Mike and Ikes, Dr Pepper from a fountain, Hot Tamales, Subway white macademia nut cookies, dried salami with chunks of fat, pizza with grease (so much grease that you would say greazy), french fries, brownies, and ginormous breakfasts. That is all I think....
Substitutions? with the exception of the dr pepper which I have cut out the only substituion is moderation. I don't buy myself any of these things. However, if the kids have it I will eat it but force myself to track it. 8 mike and ikes equal 24 calories.
OH! And buffalo wings!0 -
Cheese dip at my favorite Mexican place. Actually the whole meal is bad for me but that cheese dip is sooo good0

OMG! I want Parmesan Truffle Fries! How can cheese, mushrooms and potatoes be so bad???0 -
Favorite bad food Taco Bell and any Mexican! Love it.
So, for now for a treat I have 1 item on the Fresco menu.
If we go out - I have a taco salad with chicken, no sour cream or guac (my favorite) and lots of pico de gallo for dressing.
It is still yummy.

Pizza definetly.
I sub it with Papa Murphys "delights" pizza.
Ice Cream is a close second.
In Tricities we have an ice cream shop that does home made frozen yogurt. 100 cals for their small serving, then I add some fruit. It's the best!0 -

My favorite "bad food" is definitely Chinese food. Those guys make the best food ever. And I know its deadly but the buffets are amazing. Im happy to have just recently converted to a more healthier lifestyle and will enjoy the Chinese style lean cuisines!
There is a Weight Watchers cookbook called Take Out Tonight that specializes in different types of takeout (mostly ethnic) that has some excellent Chinese food recipes in it. They're easy, they're healthy, and they're GOOD.
wow thank you!! will definitely look into it!0 -
My favorite bad food would be anything chocolate, but especially M&Ms peanut candy. I have learned to control how much I eat at one time though, so far...0

big cheeseburger and chinese food are my weakness. i love them and crave them all the time. especially egg roles! yum!
i am also a southern and cook like my grandma did...butter and a pinch of sugar in everything!
i am changing that though. trying to cook healthier for me and my family.0 -
The ONLY food I can't seem to control myself around is ice cream. I don't care about burgers or fries or pies or cookies. But ice cream............so I can't have it in the house. What I've found to replace my nightly ice cream is Edy's Juice Bars - specifically Orange and Cream. All natural, and only 80 calories-fat free. Delicious. And ut satisfies my ice cream cravings.0

hot pocket ham and cheese or bbq beef my weakness0
