Hey. I joined MFP this morning. I live in the UK and I'd never heard of it before I came across it on a google search. I am 25 and have over 150 pounds to lose. Any support or advice would be greatly appreciated.

weighing/measuring/logging ALL the food you eat;
measuring with a tape measure and not relying on the scale;
taking pictures on the first day of every month;
eating at a realistic and healthy calorie deficit;
knowing what your TDEE, BMR & TDEG are and using them;
finding exercise that you enjoy and so will continue to do;
