Pre-planned protein

Looking for ideas for Pre-prepared proteins that can be grabbed to eat on the run. Not the typical, string cheese, jerkey etc.
Wanting to cook up chicken, steak, pork for the week to grab and go. Anybody have any yummy recipes or ideas?

This is one of my all-time favorite chicken recipes. I replaced the cream cheese with Greek yogurt and it was divine. I usually make something like this and the separate it into 4-5 containers and take one to work each day.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I also keep a stock of protein powder around when I need a boost in my macros (for example, my trivia team won free pizza last week, meaning that will be my dinner at trivia this week. Knowing that has little nutritional value and a small amount of protein, I may make a drink for myself using the protein powder earlier in the day so I still hit the amount of protein I want to consume everyday). It works well in a pinch.
  • That is exactly what I was looking for :) Thank you. I am also hoping someone has a chicken (or whatever) recipe that is good cold, I made a huge batch of montreal chicken yesterday, just looking for some variety as my kids' sports are taking me on the road and I am hardly in a kitchen days during the week anymore.

I know that this uses zucchini, but I feel like you could replace it with sliced chicken - like lunch meat chicken, and it would work just as well.
