                    Hello Everyone!
I just started my first year of medical school (D.O). I've been trying to get back into the swing of things with working out and balancing school, and am looking for a bit of an addition to my friends list! I'm mostly just looking to get in shape as a way to provide stress relief, and to be able to feel healthy and attentive. I don't really log food, but do log my exercise when I do it (I just set up a lifting program that I'm working around my class/study schedule) . I'm also recently engaged, and would love the after effect of becoming more fit

            Not a med student, but a full-time RN also attending a full-time Psych DNP (Doctorate Nurse Practitioner) program. I've been around for a long time, log consistently and lift heavy weights regularly. Feel free to add me if you'd like.0
