Anyone tried them??? I always try to carry high protein snacks....usually nuts. But sometimes I want to change it up. These seem to be Low in Sugar...High in Protein....No Soy.
I am insulin resistance so I have to lower my carbs. Anything else I should be concerned about?

Hey, sorry that I can't help with your question specifically, but I have have been using Jay Robb protein powder for nearly a year. I chose it because it was the only one I could find that didn't contain sugar. I have seen the bars at Whole Foods (where I purchase the powder), and they are sold individually. Based on my experience with the powder, I would certainly suggest buying a single bar to try it.
Maybe someone else who uses the bars will see this and can help you!0 -
Actually! I like them! Just dont want to get hooked on them if they are bad for me.0
