Mushrooms, bell peppers (red yellow or orange) cucumber.
Same as ever really!
I have definitely never eaten as much bacon in my whole life as I have since being on here, it gets talked about every day! So good, and really, for the amount of taste you get in a couple of rashers, its worth the calories0 -

A hard boiled egg. High in protein, low in fat. If I need more than one egg, I take the yolk out of the second or third egg I eat that day because that part has the highest fat content.0

The stuffed veg can be adapted depending on your diet. It can contain couscous/rice OR some finely chopped mushrooms, spring onions, and courgettes for those off carbs.0 -
Well, like others I still eat the good stuff in moderation. (had neon sour gummy worms last night, still under my cals) But my favorite healthy thing is -
KABOBS on the Grill (chicken, green peppers, onions, mushrooms.......)
You can make them however you want with whatever you want! YUMMY0 -

Low fat spaghetti bolognaise, using lean mince, onions, mushrooms, tin of vegetable ratatouille and tin of chopped tomatoes, black pepper - served with whole wheat pasta (small serving)
OR
Lasagne (same recipe as bolognaise for sauce) use whole wheat lasagne sheets and only one layer of cheese - I use COTTAGE CHEESE instead of béchamel sauce as once its melted it tastes like really mature cheddar cheese YUMM
OR
Slimming World chicken curry using chick pea dahl - serve with brown rice
All my favourite foods but LOW FAT versions but still VERY TASTY!!0
