My 1 year journey

So today,a year ago, I started my journey to a healthier life !
A year ago I was obese ,today Im stronger !
A year ago ,I had cholesterol,diabetes,and blood pressure ,today I got my health back !
A year ago,I could not run 2 mns ,today I can run 10 Kilometers ,more if I got a rottweiler after me !
A year ago I was smoking 50 cigs a day ,none today!
A year ago I wasnt that confident ,Im far better today ,thanks !
A year ago I wasnt that happy,today I get my fix of endorphin every day ,and life is great !

Congratulations, I like the fact you weren't just looking to lose weight but also change your life style, (quit smoking, eat healthier, etc.) I commend you for taking control of your health and therefor at least some of your future! Well done!0
