    Fresh Spinach Salad with red beans, tomatoes, red onions and mushrooms. 1/2 Grapefruit and cottage cheese. 2 Wasa Crackers.

    Sandwich wrap - Flat Out brand wrap, leftover roasted chicken, spinach, shredded carrot, sliced onion, shredded mozzarella cheese, a little Stubbs Spicy bbq sauce.

    Cucumber & lemon goat cheese tea sandwiches on whole grain with a crustless salmon-spinach quiche. Yummers!
  • Southwestern Three-Bean & Barley Soup. Make a big pot of it and eat it for lunch all week!
