not getting enough calories

my job is very physical and I also do cardio 4-5 days a week. I'm having trouble getting enough calories for the day. I'm usually short between 600-750+ daily. I'm trying to eat a 1200 diet. Any suggestions on types of food I can eat to increase my intake without sugar

Think Thin protein bars have 240 calories and no sugar.
But almonds are easy and caloric and a healthy fat.
String cheese is fast and easy too.0 -
Protein - meats, fish, and cheese
Fats - nuts, nut butters, olive oil, and avocado0 -
