My top 3 are to prevent developing diabetes, feel healthier and look better.0

SHORT TERM:
1.) Create and execute a real work out schedule that WORKS for me.
2.) Start making weekly meals plans for myself.
3.) Keep my blood pressure down, naturally.
LONG TERM:
1.) Loose 40pounds and gain more muscle than fat
2.) Buy myself a new wardrobe
3.) Prove to myself and my kids that you can do anything you set your mind to.0
