Count me in for September 1st! I have had the DVD for like 3 years (got it after my son was born) and have never followed through on doing it for 30 days! I need some accountability! Please add me so we can do it together. Thinking I'll do rest days too... maybe Sundays?0

I am in! I will have to start on 9/3 we will be out of town over the holiday weekend. I plan on doing it M-F and taking weekends off, This will fit best with my daily schedule.

I would love to join! I have been doing it everyday for 30 days now. It is easy and good to get in. I relly enjoy how short it is because that is all the time my 1 yr old will give me!0

I'm using 3 pounders and those are enough, except for the chest flies- I have a pair of 5 lbs for those!0

I want to give this a try. I have started 30DS several times but never get very far, maybe posting here will keep me going. I will be starting on the 3rd because I will be out of town over the holiday weekend. I plan to try and do this Monday thru Friday and will do some other type of exercise over the weekend, either walking/hiking or kayaking.0
