2200 NET (My net was 2150 per MFP, but I found I lost slowly at that goal). Currently gross 2500-2600 a day.
    Forgot my weight: 170 lbs.
GW: 165-170 lbs but with lower BF and a higher lean body mass. My initial goal was 165, but I'm more concentrated on BF.

    I'm 38 and 5'5".
Highest weight was about 130 but since that was within a year of postpartum, I don't count it.
I started on MFP and getting more serious about my fitness at 122.
    Currently at 112.
Maintenance is about 2100-2200 calories, including exercise calories.

    CW: 140
    GW: 127-132

GW is a range as I'm more interested in getting BF% down from 25% to ~22%

I aim for 1700 kcal for maintenance with a lightly active lifestyle. Usually I overeat and I set my maintenance cals intentionally slightly on the low side to allow for those days with a little less exercise and a little more eating.

If I drop to my lowest weight again, I'll adjust accordingly.

So even maintenance cals can fluctuate a bit!

    Highest Weight: 220 lbs
Lowest Weight: 120 lbs (this was 11 years ago though, Otherwise I floated between 171 - 185 lbs)
    Start Weight: 195 lbs
    Current Weight: 153 lbs
Goal Weight: Originally is was 155 lbs and since meeting this goal in the time frame allotted, my new goal weight is between 145-140 lbs.

TDEE - 20% is 1400 calories for maintenance and mfp has me set at 1500 for maintenance. Though I am not trying to loose any more weight I know I will at that number of calories, especially since I am no longer permitted to even climb my small flight of stairs at home, per doctors orders. I am not premitted to do any excercise that will even remotely raise my heart rate. :)

Weight before (as I was more athletic too): 74 kg. (162 lbs)
Weight after: 64 kg. (140.8 lbs)
    Height: 5 ft. 10 in.
    Calories at the moment: 1,700

I do roughly 2-3 sessions of exercise, but nothing too serious due to the severity of my past sports injuries and walk every day.

Had a little trouble maintaining and lost a bit, so I'm looking to go up in weight again to 66 kg. I'm just taking my time, so up my calories every two weeks or so by 50 calories if I feel I am losing too much. I just looked at the scale today at 63.5 kg., so hence, upping the calories now. And then will look at it again next week and see if I'm gaining or losing. If gaining, I'll keep at that calorie count and if losing, up it again.

Currently maintaining around 2000 NET cals a day. This easily looks like 2200 - 2500 + depending on the workout of the day.

I was going to post my own topic but since you all have been maintaining for a while and seem to have your maintenance calorie goal figured out, Im wondering if you can help me out.

I'm not maintaining yet, I still have 15-20 lbs left to lose. But for fun, I entered my end goal stats into MFP to see what my maintenance calories will be (can't wait to be able to eat a little more)

It said something around 2040. I'm 5'11 and walk a moderate amount everyday so this seems about right. However, even after setting MFP to "maintain my current weight" it said that I will lose .3lbs per week and lose 1.5 lbs by October. It's supposed to give maintenance calories, not a deficit. I know it can't know the exact number but it's weird it gave me a number it was already sure would make me lose slowly.

How did you guys figure out your goals? Simply trial and error?

My maintenance calorie goal is 1720. I try to reach my weekly goal rather than daily b/c once a week I go way over so I usually go under a little the other days.

Thanks for sharing this. I'm close to you in age and height.

Right now I'm eating around 1500 total calories for a steady weight loss of just over a pound a week. I was curious what my maintenance would be when I reach my goal. 1720 is definitely doable! ;-)
