tasting while cooking

Hey guys. Sorry, I feel like I'm blowing up the message boards today, but I have another question. How do you account for calories when you are cooking. I honestly can't cook without tasting as I go... It's the only way I know how to cook. Do you try to measure as you taste or do you just add in an extra small percent of a serving after you eat the meal?? I want to try to be as accurate as possible in my log!!

Whatever you burn while cooking probably accounts for it.0

Never thought about that....but it makes sense. I'm usually dancing around the kitchen, too, so I bet it would even out in the wash. Thanks!!0
