I came across this article and thought some of you may find it interesting. Here's the list of the 10 probiotic foods which may help with depression/anxiety:
1. Almond milk
2. Red wine
3. Unfermented/unpasteurized beer
4. Yogurt
5. Miso soup
6. Certain vinegar-based salad dressings (with concentrated bifidobacterium probiotics)
7. Breakfast sausage
8. Pickles
9. Dark chocolate
10. Cheese
