5 months progress

I would like to share my progress so far ... Hopfully it will motivate at least 1 member as i was motivated by another members


HIIT training is so benficial 30 mins on treadmill for 5-6 days .. After 3 months start doing some weight lifiting .... Dieting is very important eat clean train hard and you will be there... I used to weight 105kg with 46% fat ... Now 83kg with 25% fat
