I used to drink Crystal Light...until I mixed it in a large pitcher and kept it in the fridge. The chemicals that stuck to the glass...yuck! I knew those same chemicals were sticking to my organs...not a pleasant thought. I'm back on the plain water track.
You really underestimate the abilities of the human body in digestion... they far exceed the digestive abilities of a large pitcher.

One thing I have really found I love is filling up my big water bottle & adding half a lemon & half a lime (& squeeze out the juice before dropping it in). It lasts all day when I keep re-filling & I really do like the flavor more than I like the after-taste of anything "light" or "sugar-free"...... & the best part is that it supposedly promotes weight loss & prevents cancer.0

"[...] according to the National Cancer Institute and other health agencies, there's no sound scientific evidence that any of the artificial sweeteners approved for use in the U.S. cause cancer or other serious health problems. And numerous research studies confirm that artificial sweeteners are generally safe in limited quantities, even for pregnant women."

My heart belongs to Mio Energy liquid! I use the Black Cherry & Green Thunder flavors. Its either those or just plain water. Might do an unsweet tea when I go out to eat.0

Better not drink plain water either, also full of chemicals
The water supply in the US is generally contaminated with DHMO.
