Omggggg. Two words: mouth orgasm. No seriously, this was amazing! My roommate's mouth was watering when she smelled this; obviously I had to offer her some. LOL
I added 1.5 tablespoons of natural PB and some raisins and it completed this simple masterpiece.
Thank you soooo much OP! Nomnomnom!0 -

Nice. I happen to have 2 ripe bananas that i need to use up. i'm going to try this with some walnuts thrown in the mix0

Look amazing. Can't wait to get some bananas and try this. Yummy.0

I used the banana, oats, cinnamon & chopped walnuts. i drizzled them with agave syrup when they came out of the oven. YUM.
but i put them on parchment paper that was not greased & the bottoms of the "cookies" stuck to it. so next time i think i will just spray the pan & bake them on that.0 -
Totally going to have to try these.0

I just made these using the following (approximate) ingredients:
1 really ripe banana
1 single serving cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 cup of rolled oats (not quick, not instant)
1/4 (a bit more than that) cup chopped pecans
2 mini boxes of raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Line a baking sheet with parchment
Mix all ingredients together until everything is well mixed.
Dump the dough into the center of the parchment.
Flatten out to about 1/4 inch and shape it into a rectangle or square
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (I looked at them at 10 and 15 and they still looked too raw).
I want to try these baked longer so that they crisp up a bit more.
When done, cut into 1.25 inch squares. I got 24 squares out of the batch I made.
Approximately 40 calories per square based on my estimated ingredient sizes. I'll measure next time and post an update.
I couldn't figure out how to post a picture but if someone tells me how I will share the one I took.0
