    The act of sweating doesn't burn a ton more calories or make you lose more weight (actual body fat) than your actual workout. Make sure you are rehydrating and getting enough electrolytes to replace what you've needlessly lost using that suit. Coconut water is a great source of potassium.

    Iocaine powder residue. Can't be too careful.

    I have built up an immunity to iocane powder, so I guess I have nothing to worry about.

    I used to see our wrestling team guys in high school and Jr high train in those before weigh-ins. Why not try HIIT? That's pretty intense and is a good use of time.
