coroner66 Hello! I have been sidelined with an left foot congenital defect that came to haunt me in my late forties. I was diagnosed with sinus tarsal syndrome, very painful, wearing a cam boot, using crutches, and light duty at my job for next 6 weeks. I was doing so good until this. any suggestions to keep fit? any exercise dvd you can recommend to keep me active, but not on my foot. anything would help!

  • You might find swimming helpful as there will be no pressure on your foot xxx
