I just read the rule/regulations to creating and mainting a "group"... I was wondering since there is such an over whelming response to the original post if anyone would be interested in having our own group?? I can try to set it up if any one is interested. Please let me know!!

I just checked.... there is only one... and that is to lose 100 in 9 months or by the end of 2013.

I'll join as well... From my starting point (240lbs), I had/have a goal to lose 110 lbs total. So far I've lost 70 lbs. I would like to offer encouragement. Plus, I've been struggling lately with keeping my calorie intake in check. I've had one to many days where I've been over, so I could really use some encouragement myself!!!0
