Beginners Challenge... 50 miles in September

I'm definitely in! I'm going on a walking holiday soon for my birthday (counteracts the cake and beer :P) so plan to average about 10 miles a day for that then I'm doing c25k too so will be great to keep track of it all and keep accountable. I'm definitely in :P going to make my ticker now0

I am in too starting couch to 5 k and do two other exercise classes which have runs as warm up not sure of distance I do with the classes though usually 15 mins running in each?0

I just got back to this site after approx.18 months .I am looking forward to giving myself and this app. another shot. Since I have been gone I have learned a better way of eating to lose.Before I thought i was all knowing ,but I wasn't. So with my new found knowledge...and this app with support from others,I think I am now ready to give myself another chance at success towards this weight loss journey . :happy: I would be happy to accept any advice,support and friendship here toward knowledge and success! I am in for this 50 mile challenge moreover BECAUSE exercise has been my downfall in the past. Eating right comes easier than the moving part of the weight loss equation for me. I am in too!
Planning to do and challenge myself with a 5km (3.2 mi) a day run/jog/walk activity.
btw, you may want to try nike plus apps for android (and IOS ?), good for monitoring miles covered, calories burned and other parameters. No need for a 3G network, a simple GPS in your phone will do the trick :happy:0 -
