Hi, I'm Kayleigh.
I've used this site once before and it really helped, but then I got really discouraged for some stupid unknown reason and I'm back to square one (boooo!)

So any friends would be good :)

  • Good luck to you! I'm coming back to myFitnessPall too. I've been working out at least 3-4 days a week for a few years. I stopped caring about what I ate and I've gained weight! I had the gym fitness expert do a BMI on me and I've gained some fat and some muscle. Remember muscle weighs moire than fat, right? So I'm up to bench pressing 245lbs. I curl 50lb dumbells. I do 200lb crunches on the ab machine, but I look more like Kamala than the Rock! LOL (What an analogy!). SO here I am back into myFitnessPal. I wish you luck! Stay in touch; add me whatever! I'd be nice to have a friend to help with motivation!

    Welcome to MFP..I was off this for a month or two and i gained some weight but i'm back as well and it's a great tool.
