  • It can be done. I made a decision to become healthy for the rest of my life on 3/11/12.

    CW: 125 (Today... my new goal for Oct is 120 lbs)

    Through my program and health coaching, I got to my goal weight in the healthiest possible way. I've tried to reduce my calorie intake and workout for hours. I didn't know you need to burn 3,500 calories for every pound you plan to lose. The only alternative to get effective results is with the correct nutrition. You just learn how to make better choices for the rest of your life.

    I was athletic up until I started working countless hours in the corporate world. In the past 10 years, I married, had a child, and was promoted 8 times. I needed a lifestyle change due to my demanding schedule. I found my answer...

    Total loss for September - 6.2 pounds
  • this group is just what I need - last week of August I joined a gym to ensure I loose my excess weight.
    I train 6 days a week with 1500 Calories a day

    STARTING WEIGHT : 128.9kg
    GOAL WEIGHT : 90kg
