Hi,
I fell off the wagon, and am trying to focus less on pounds lost then on body fat. Is there a good way to estimate visually how much bf one has? I won't be offended if anyone wants to give an educated guess based on my pics, either. I assume I'm about 20%, 22%, and that I should be around 16%-18%, as a 32 year old man.

There is a picture analysis site online that is within about 5% margin of error... get a scale that measures conductivity and its within about 2%... or get a submersion test and that's accurate to the sausage and eggs or the toast and yogurt you had for breakfast.0

Thanks. I found this one: http://www.body-buildin.com/2012/12/get-6-pack-like-lazar-angelov-7.html
Judging by here, I would say I was between 25%-30%. How do I post pics to this thread? If anybody can take a look at my profile pics and tell me if they think that's an accurate estimate, that'd be cool, too, thanks!0
