If you need recipe ideas, I get a lot from skinnytaste.com. I don't do pasta/ mashed potatoes/ or rice so I substitute spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles, or cauliflower "rice" or mash whenever they are in a recipe. her site is great, it's very rare I make something I don't like. also, her recipes are already in the mfp database.0 -

I kind of just wing it when I go grocery shopping, is that bad? lol I make whatever out of the food I buy. I mean, I have certain things that I buy all the time like flaxseeds, organic peanut butter, oats, almond milk, etc. But usually when I go shopping I like to change it up and on a whim. I just kind of go with my gut instinct :laugh:0

I'm like Juantonbliss, I used to just wing it. However, I found that this program was totally worth it to me especially with a family. We not only want be healthy, but really needed to stay on a budget (www.mealplans4thefamily.com). I highly recommend it.0
