A cup is 8oz...therefore if you drink from a 500ml (16.9 oz) bottle, you have drank 2 cups. Hope this helps.0

Think about when you are cooking. Use your measuring cups. So one measuring cup of water. Like "one cup of sugar".
To find out how much your glass holds use a measuring cup to fill up the glass, (it's probably about 2 cups)
