C25K on the treadmill

Has anyone done the C25K on a treadmill? With a baby at home, it's hard to get outside and run, but we do have a treadmill. I was wondering if anyone has had success or issues with doing this? I walk 3-3.4 mph for at least 30 minutes every day, and would like to add this as a second workout. Any feedback would be great.

I did and continued to use the treadmill for all my running for about a year afterwards. I now prefer to run outdoors whenever possible but will be back on the treadmill again in the winter. I find running on the treadmill slightly easier but I need to have music as it can be a bit boring. Go for it and good luck!0

I did it on the treadmill. I am now doing it outside which I find much harder. Try to increase your incline on the treadmill0
