    I'm attending New York Comic Con next month and I'll be cosplaying for the first time ever. I'm very excited, I've always wanted to get into it :)

    Aw man I wish I had pics on my work computer!
    I have cosplayed at NYCC the past 4 years, as has my (now 6 year old) son.

    Ive done a pretty sweet steampunk Han Solo, Harley Quinn, Boba Fett and I was working really hard at a Lobo outfit before learning I wouldnt be attending.

    Im sad to be missing it this year, but my best friend is getting married

    I think cosplay would be fun. Closest I come is dressing in garb for Ren Faire, which I haven't done in awhile. :( Sadly, I don't sew, so unless a costume is something I can make up with thrift store finds, I'm S.O.L. for now. :)

    Why not include men who cosplay as well on this? Or is this just a request to see women in sexy outfits? Not that I am against that, but knowing people of both genders who do cosplay, I think the guys need to feel a bit of the love as well.

    Can't say that I cosplay, but on occasion the wife tells me I get to dress up for when we wander hallways. Oh, and I have a booth at a Ren Faire. I wear tights...the women insist. So I started watching my body fat, because I want people to laugh with me, not at me.

    Meanwhile, can I suggest Archon in the St. Louis MO area as having one of the best costume contest around, if you are into that kind of thing. Oct 4-6, 2013.

    I would love to see some guys in cosplay :) I have been to the one in St Lois one it is great :)
