Hi all!
I filled out the exercise portion of my daily log but no calories are recorded for the strength training portion, only the cardio.
I would assume that strength training definately burns calories, so how do we record them?

Hi,
If you keep scrolling down the page, there is a link for strength training on the same page you entered your cardio. After you click on it, there's a search box. Just enter your exercise and I assume there will be a place to fill in sets, rep, etc and it will give you your calories burned.
Hope that helps.0 -
Thanks!
I filled in all the details in the strength training section but for some reason it just does not record the calories. All the exercises, reps, etc. are there, but no calories :-(0 -
Hi there, you can search for weight/strength training in the cardio section and an estimate of calories burned are available.
It's very difficult to determine the exact weight loss when weight-training due there being so many factors.
If you head over to bodybuilding.com forums there are a LOT of helpful posts when it comes to working out how much your burned weight-training. Hope I helped and welcome to MFP!0 -
