    Weight Watcher's Hawaiian Pizza, pretty good snack for about 250 cals

    Chicken and vegetables (mostly mushroom) made by roasting butterflied chicken on top of carrots and celery. Used a BBQ spice rub on the chicken and was sooo good.

  • made two pizzas tonight. one with veggie chicken, asparagus, and smoked gouda. the other with tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta, and basil. i love these pizza crusts - only about 300 calories for the entire crust so i'm able to make pretty damn tasty low cal pizzas. i had about 5 slices and it was under 500 calories. i barely even know how that's possible but i logged it all, haha.

    Nope - because it's a store bought crust. :) It's a really good one, however it's not easy to find. I know of one grocery store around here that carries it, but Amazon sells them by the 6-pack as well. They are great because they are very simple, cook up quickly (6-7 minutes), and are only 300 calories for the entire crust. For comparison a boboli crust of similar size is over 1000 calories for the whole crust. Personally I think these taste better too. I rub the edges with a tiny bit of olive oil before baking, and sometimes line the edges with a little grated parmesan or a bit of salt and pepper. Comes out crispy and delicious.     whatever fruits i can find (a pear and a small apple here), two biscuits, toast with a microwaved egg and mustard, and a mug of hot milo cause its usually past midnight. xD

    finally tried two ingredinet pancakes! 2 eggs and one mashed banana pan fried. i ate it with honey and jam, andddd i'm still undecided. will try again, but it tastes like i tcan't decide if it wants to be sweet or savory. xD

    post workout snack one day. i rolled up a banana in a toast i had covered in kaya (coconut jam), and randomly thought it looked like a vegan/healthy hot dog roll. xD

    birthday dinner at nando's with my bff! 1/4 chicken breast and grilled veggies as usual. xD

    birthday dinner by my parents last week, went to a really posh japanese place. i ordered my long awaited tuna sashimi and grilled salmon, and added on an extra special thing they had.

    one block of tofu and beancurd skins cooked in soy milk, and the only form of 'taste' they had was dried plum strips. A litle bland, but delicious otherwise.

    birthday brunch! this was the breakfast platter at a cafe we went. mini pancakes with grilled banas, a cup of granola with milk, and fresh fruit with yogurt.
