If your BMR is 1911 then you should be eating at least that.

I suggest using the following calculator: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
This will set you up with how many calories to eat daily, based on your stats and how much you exercise, along with how much you want to lose.

If it were me, I'd opt for a middle ground - say, 2100 - for a bit. If you are still lacking energy, up it some more.

never eat less then your BMR, your like guarunteed to lose muscle then.

if it was me, i'd just eat what the guide told me too. you could start by splitting the difference if you wanted to though.

So how many pounds per week were you losing? You want to be in the 1-2lb/wk range. You know 1800 works but you are lacking some energy so i would try increasing that slightly (maybe 2000-2100?) and review your progress after one week. Calculators are just estimates. So don't drastically change your current plan.

may want to up your protein to your body weight if you can.. i believe the nutrition guide has you eating more than that but I would attempt to do that too, as you said your only getting 100g of protein..
