Friends who are lifting

I've been on MFP for about a year now, back then my focus was running. The last while I've been doing New Rules of Lifting for Women, and I love it! I see great results so far! I'm on Level 4.

I'd like to add more friends who are doing this program, or one like it!

I'm not doing that particular program but I love to lift as well. I alternate my running and weight lifting days. I'm presently running two to three days a week and lifting four to five days a week. Today is actually my monster lower body workout w/heavy weights. Please feel to add me!
