1) Fruit salad/platter: Any combination of (Fuji/Gala) apples, red/black seedless grapes, kiwi, fresh pineapple, bananas, strawberries, seedless watermelon, clementines/mandarins, etc. Nothing fancy...
2) Great Value Greek Yogurt, pineapple: 140 cals with 14g protein
3) Daily Chef Almonds: 160 cals/oz, but 5g protein, 5g fiber and 0mg sodium
4) Baby carrots - like 10 cals/oz
5) Forget the brand name, but Walmart sells these big bags of popsicles, like twice as thick as a 'bomb pop' but only 70-80 cals, taste great and are dirt cheap. They also make a sugar-free variety for 15 cals, but why bother?0 -
