    I'm hoping to be your SW by December...which will put me at over 100 lb. loss...and I'm excited to get there! Its been a long road just as I'm sure yours has. I haven't had to deal with cancer although I did have a scare recently. I'm so happy that you have pulled through all the pain and troubles and accomplished so much! You are Amazing!!! :flowerforyou:

    I started running at about 195. I would have done it earlier but at first I was sick, and then I needed a sports bra capable of holding me down. Once I had the bra I realized I had no excuses left so I started c25k the next day.

    It's been a great motivator for me and really upped my self image, as well as giving me the confidence to try other things. :)
