I'm starting this challenge because i thought it was interesting that some of us on here are doing the 10 ib challenge...copy the following format:

Hi All Not sure how often were suppose to check in but I'm down to 240 lbs that's about 5 lbs since I last posted on 9/29!!! Hope everyone is doign well. My loosing may slow down a bit cause I'm no longer laid off. I just started back working this week and I'm trying to find a way to fit in they gym with school and work and homework ( I have a midterm and final coming up).0
