Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-Long Blog. It's a musical that is also a 3 episode tv show. It's easy enough to watch in one sitting, it's about 90 minutes long.

It's awesome! My son can sing the entire thing, lol!

    My favorites: Rent, Chicago, Wicked

OH OH OH , and Spamalot!!!

    Mine's 7 Brides for 7 Brothers :drinker:

I LOVE this one! Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is also really fun... but my favorite has to be the Phantom. Particularly the recent 25th anniversary production. I could watch that all day. Sometimes I do.

Can't believe I'm only the second vote for les miserables!

    Love love love it...

Probably because you don't leave the show with the tunes in your head. The musical is great and very moving but the songs just aren't that catchy.

You can't leave a Rodgers and Hammerstein musical without having songs in your head.

    Totally agreed.

My son would belt out "Popular" in the car at the age of 8, that's how I knew I was doing this parenting thing right!

    Wicked

    ^^^ This

All of my children love listening to the CD and I can't wait until its playing near by so they can see it live. I was lucky to be able to see it on vacation.

Into the Woods, Seussical (trust me, it's worth seeing, young or old!), The Music Man, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Hmm...the only one I haven't been in is Chitty...coincidence?! ;)

    I can't pick one. I can't even pick three.

    I pick:

    Rent
    Spamalot
    Evita
    Music Man
    Once Upon a Mattress
    Pippin
    Rocky Horror
    Wicked
I love you, You're Perfect, Now Change
    The Producers

By the way, these are in no kind of order, because of course, they are all fabulicious.

My favorite will always be Rent, but there is a special place in my heart for Godspell. I performed in a community theater version about 3 lifetimes ago.
