Glycogen questions and I can't find the answer anywhere!!

Hey guys.. I was just wondering.. should I keep my glycogen levels up, which means those 2-4 pounds of water weight up too ? NOT LOOKING FORWARD LOSING WEIGHT just to maintain!

I'd say it depends on what your reasoning is? If you are working out or lifting weights, yes. If you aren't, then it's entirely up to you? I deliberately went two pounds below my maintenance weight so that I could be *at* maintenance with that water weight from the weight lifting added. But honestly, 2-4 pounds isn't going to make any difference on the scale, it's simply for healing your muscles....0

Ignore the scale or focus on maintaining within an acceptable range of weights0
