How often a week is it best to weigh yourself ?!

Is once a week correct, on maybe a Monday before breakfast ?!

    There's no "right" frequency. Whatever works for you. If weighing more often leads to depression, weigh less often. If not weighing at all makes you happy, do that. If weighing every day gives you some nice data for trend analysis, go for it.

    Once per week is fine if it gives you what you need.

    frequency isnt the big issues, its consistancy.

    Want to weight yourself twice a day? Fine, just be consistant. Right when you wake up and right before dinner. Or whatever you choose. But dont compare those 2, compare the previous days to each other. etc, etc, etc. Just be consistant.

    What i do is every morning during the work week I weigh myself. I get up, have a glass of water, do my business, take a shower and then weigh myself. its the same every work day, but I also have a pretty consistant schedule so its easy for me.

    Anyways, the goal is to be consistant. Also the higher the frequency, you have to be prepared to accept the fluctuations that come from day to day and not to expect lbs to drop every day.
