Snack foods?

Hi all, new here and posting a question for my husband. His job is physical, he's constantly on the move. He's looking for some ideas of easy to take with you snack type foods, beside cheese sticks. He gets so crazy busy that he ends up eating breakfast between 5-6am then nothing til lunch at 12:30.
Still looking around here but figured I'd post that question. Happy Weekend, all!

I bring along snack size bags of almonds and some bananas when we go out.0

there are lots of granola type bars that are exactly 100 calories per bar. Easy to track.
small bag of pretzels is 100 to 150 calories.
LIttle Debby Nutty buddy bars are 100 calories a piece.

I agree with this guy.
I too snack between that time but ill start my lunch eat half of it then the other half later.
Easiest way for me if Im really busy is I always make a protein shake in the morning for a snack and drink that either 10am or 3pm0 -

Unfortunately, he is not able to make protein shakes. No way is he making them at home before he leaves for work, he's up around 4am and I'm not getting up that early LOL. I should maybe look at pre made protein shakes that he can just shake by hand & go.0 -
