Hello :) My name is Tanika. I'm 23 yrs old. I have a wonderful husband and amazing 4yr old boy. I went through nursing school and graduated with my LPN license. I live in an itty bitty town in Tennessee. I started MFP a long time ago and stopped and started again and have really buckled down lately. I hit 179(my highest-even during pregnancy) and I'm tired of it. So today starts week 3 for me. I just want to really be toner and feel good about myself. I would love to have more friends and be able to hear support, advice, and comforting words and also give support to others.

    Hi, I'm JoAnn. I'm from Milwaukee Wisconsin. I have been a CNA for 6 years and counting. I'm at 244 right now and my long term goal is 144. I haven't lost any weight yet because I just started. I don't have any friends on here either and would definitely like to have a few. I really could use the support.
